This payment has been approved and it is pending shipment details for the transfer. You are to send out the item that has been paid for by our client and send the shipment details to us in other for negotiations to be commenced with your bank and finally transfer the money to your account. If the shipment details is not received, payment will not be credited into your account.
Failure to send out the item and provide the bank with the shipment details will result to a complain file to Gumtree against you as a suspected fraud. We have come to notice that some sellers after receiving payment, they do not send out the item or items that where paid for, and when this happens, customers come to hold the bank responsible and not the seller.
When the shipment details are received from you, we will start the verification process. Contacts will be made to the agency that shipment was done with. Some sellers provide fake shipment details. If it turns out that the shipment details are false, this automatically means the you are a scam and will be reported to the Authorities for an immediate arrest.
Sending payment from a Bank Of America account to another Bank Of America account is easy and does not take any extra charges. For further information's about local transfer between two accounts from our bank, you can visit the bank website at www.bankofamerica.com .

Please, it is too obvious to be fake. Reasons are:
1) The real bank confirmation is not as colourful as this. The bank never mark the detail in so many colour like that.
2) The bank never use the personal microsoft email ending with @live.com but they will use @banksof america for example.
3) It is easy to see that all the picture in the email is from google source. No bank in the world using their picture in that way. Normally, the logo and picture will appear as the attached file.
4) The bank normally don't operate on Sunday. This email I have received on Sunday is so suspicious.
5) The CEO does not send email to you as small customer like this.
6) Picture and the signature does not match
7) Why the hell is the picture of CEO for in the confirmation of fund.
8) Normally bank does not offer this kind of payment holding. If you need that kind of service using Sagepay or Paypal....
9) You can call bank using the transaction ID to verify the transaction to you.
10) In the letter said there is no fee for same bank transfer. It is not relevant to me since I use different bank and the bank is quite good at spotting it out.
There is many more if you want to know you can find out.
Good luck.
hey man...mine was similar..i was supposed to post the item and supply this email with the shipping reference number after which the so called bank will send money to my account.. lol. idiots.. man got saved.. decided not to post my item..shit thanks man.. got a confirmation after seeing this post.. same email id online_care@live.com shit wat a scam..
